CANCELLATION & CHANGE FEES
Refunds are calculated on the full cost of the reservation, not just the deposit.
We don't give credit or refunds if you arrive days late, leave days early.
All other reservation adjustments are subject to the cancellation/refund policy.
You may opt to receive camp credit instead of a refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations for 1 - 13 days
3 days notice or less : no refund.
4 - 10 days notice : 50% refund.
11 days or more notice : full refund less $25 cancellation fee
Reservations 14 - 29 days
13 days notice or less : no refund.
14 - 21 days notice : 50% refund.
22 days or more notice : full refund less $50 cancellation fee
Reservations 30 days or more
Less than 30 day notice : no refund.
More than 30 day notice : full refund less $100 cancellation fee.
CHANGES
Less than 30 day notice are subject to cancellation policy fees for signficant adjustments.
More than 30 day notice: First 2 changes are free, $5 each after that.
PAYMENT POLICY
Balances are auto charged 5 days prior to arrival.
